Elena Davis, LMT
Elena graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2011 with a degree in biology. She subsequently studied herbalism, nutrition and indigenous land management practices in different regions of the U.S. and abroad before returning to Chicago to pursue bodywork and healthcare. She specializes in doing deep tissue massage and incorporates trigger point therapy to address root causes of muscular dysfunction. Her style includes stretching and holding techniques to relax the body for deeper work.

Paula Halfman, LMT
Paula is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from The New School for Massage, Bodywork and Healing in Chicago.
Paula believes that massage connects people to the needs of their body. She specializes in deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, pre-natal and reiki energy healing and blends these techniques to suit each client. She believes that combining both western and eastern philosophies in a session creates a stronger healing experience. She also incorporates gua sha and cupping into her sessions as needed. Paula appreciates being able to produce tangible results in her clients.
Besides helping people heal through massage, Paula enjoys art: both viewing and creating and has a background in graphic design. She is an avid traveler with plans to see every continent and experience many different cultures along the way.

Sarah Kedrowski, LMT
Sarah is an accomplished massage therapist who graduated from the Soma Institute. Since 2008, she has received intensive training in a wide variety of different massage techniques including trigger point, Tui Na, acupressure, Thai bodywork, cupping, guasha, hot stone and aromatherapy among many others. With this wide skill set, Sarah customizes each methodology to every individual. In order to help alleviate tension and pain while releasing the stresses of daily life, Sarah can transition from integrating deeper, opening techniques to more superficial and relaxing techniques, depending on each unique need. Sarah’s passion for continued education is currently being realized in achieving her Doctorate of Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Massage school with a focus on Acupuncture and Herbalism. It is her belief that through attentive, personalized care everyone can achieve a greater level of wellness and quality of life.

Sherry Mammoser, LMT
Sherry was born and raised in Seattle, WA and moved to Chicago in March of 2014. Sherry tailors her massage to each clients individual needs. She uses a variety of modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques to find the root of the problem. Her goal is to provide comfort and ease of movement with pain relief for her clients, each and every time.
She strives to create an environment where her clients can completely relax, feel comfortable and listened to. She has enjoyed having a lot of success helping people feel better in their body while experiencing less chronic pain. Sherry is also certified as a lymphedema specialist. Liz Pahlke, LMT
After healing her own severe pain by working with a massage therapist, chiropractor and nutritionist, Liz Pahlke decided to leave her corporate job and train in massage therapy through Cortiva (Chicago School of Massage Therapy) in 2008. She has done continuing education over the past 10 years mastering myofascial release techniques, craniosacral work, pregnancy massage, Reiki, reflexology, aromatherapy (including Raindrop Therapy) and lymphatic drainage. She has worked in colon therapy and has gained knowledge about raw foods and nutrition healing after working with one of the top nutritionists in Chicago. Liz is an intuitive person, and exceptionally skilled in relaxation and energy healing. She has a proven ability to gain client’s confidence and trust.

Valerie Penrose, LMT, RYT
Valerie attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and earned an Associate Degree in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork. As a dedicated student of yoga, she received her 200-hour teacher training certificate and enjoys incorporating yoga therapy into her massage work. Valerie’s approach to massage therapy offers a unique blend of Western and Eastern philosophies including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, relaxation massage, acupressure, cupping, guasha, thai massage and tui na. Jennifer White, LMT
Jennifer White graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Since graduating, Jennifer has worked as an Exercise Specialist for people with spinal cord injuries who need corrective rehabilitation. She is certified as an Inclusive Fitness Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and obtained a license in massage therapy to complement her extensive background in fitness training.
Jennifer’s passion for working in the healthcare field has inspired her to compete in marathons, Ironmen, and century rides. As an active individual, she specializes in corrective therapy, sports massages, deep tissue, trigger point, and kinesiotaping. She is often known not only to treat her clients with quality and care, but to also guide their understanding of whole body knowledge for progressive recovery.

Ada Zerhouni, LMT
Ada is a 2013 graduate of The Soma National Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. In her practice and studies, she has learned many techniques required to attain a great awareness and deep respect for the human body and its ability to heal. Ada is skilled in myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, sports massage and assisted stretching. She has advanced training and certification in pregnancy, labor and postpartum massage, and health and wellness counseling. Ada is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree of Exercise Science and Kinesiology. When she isn’t working with patients and studying, she enjoys Argentine tango dancing and lifting at the gym.
