Alicia Cohler, DC
Having been in practice for over 15 years, Dr. Alicia Cohler’s experience and expertise comes with a gentle, “hands-on” philosophy to helping the thousands of patients she has treated. With a BS degree in Human Biology from University of Iowa and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University, one of the nation’s premier schools for the human health sciences, her focused educational trajectory was fueled by her personal and professional passions for natural healing and exceptional care.
Moving to Chicago after completing her DC, she established Division Chiropractic and Acupuncture in 2002, where the once-two room clinic evolved into a thriving alternative wellness center. Rather than just minimizing symptoms, she approaches healing by considering the body as a whole, feeling the results and movement of the spine through chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Cohler makes sure the patients completely understand and are comfortable with the goals of treatment, and suggests useful strategies to hold adjustments by prescribing individualized exercises, as well as ergonomic and postural recommendations.
When Dr. Cohler is not in the office treating patients, she spends time with her husband and two young sons!
